Monthly Subscriptions and Long-Term Data Packs

Choose a plan by monthly needs or total data

Monthly subscriptions suit continuous use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packs do not reset over time; they remain available until used and never expire. Both options provide access to JeVPN’s global routes and supported platforms.

Billing model

Choose the billing model first, then compare data allowances

Public plans are divided into monthly subscriptions and data packs. No quarterly, semiannual, or annual prices are currently offered for conversion; this page shows only confirmed tiers to avoid estimated prices affecting your choice.

Resets monthly on the activation date

Monthly subscriptions suit ongoing cross-border access, international websites, AI Tools, and Streaming. The main difference between tiers is the monthly data allowance; route coverage, platforms, and device policy remain the same.

Included

Included with every plan

Price differences reflect data allowances and billing models, not separate route coverage or client platforms. Lower-data tiers still include the same regional coverage and device policy.

90+ countries / 200+ routes

Choose routes by exit region and use case

All public plans provide access to JeVPN’s global routes. First confirm the region where the target service is available, then compare route types. A nearby exit is often suitable for everyday browsing; for region-specific content, select the matching region directly instead of relying only on geographic distance.

Unlimited devices

One account for everyday devices

Plans do not limit the number of devices, making it easy to switch between computers, tablets, and other supported devices. Unlimited devices does not mean separate data allowances: the allowance for a monthly subscription or data pack is shared across devices on the same account, so choose a tier based on total consumption.

Get clients and subscription settings from the user panel

After choosing a plan, open the client download area in the user panel. Interfaces and import methods vary by platform, but all are managed with the same account. The marketing page does not provide static installers or public subscription URLs; use the configuration shown in the user panel.

Streaming and international websites

Route selection matters more than simply adding data

When watching Streaming content, using AI Tools, or visiting region-specific websites, choose an exit that matches the target service’s region. Availability may also depend on the service account region, platform rules, and exit identification; the plan’s data allowance alone does not change these external conditions.

Documentation and support tickets

Record the details before submitting a connection issue

If you cannot connect, notice speed changes, or find a target website unavailable, record the platform, selected region, route type, and situation in which the issue occurred, then submit a ticket through the user panel. Clearer details make it easier to distinguish local network, client configuration, and exit-route issues.

Comparison

Plan differences at a glance

First decide whether you need a fixed monthly allowance, then compare total data. For steady, regular use, a monthly subscription is easier to manage; for longer gaps between sessions, a never-expiring data pack reduces the impact of time on your choice.

Plan Price Data Reset or validity Devices Best for
Light monthly subscription ¥9.9/month 60GB/month Resets monthly on the activation date Unlimited devices Light, continuous use
Standard monthly subscription ¥18/month 250GB/month Resets monthly on the activation date Unlimited devices Ongoing use across multiple scenarios
High-data monthly subscription ¥28/month 500GB/month Resets monthly on the activation date Unlimited devices Frequent video and transfers
Light data pack ¥158 300GB Available until used; never expires Unlimited devices Intermittent use
Standard data pack ¥358 1000GB Available until used; never expires Unlimited devices Long-term, intermittent use
High-data pack ¥658 3000GB Available until used; never expires Unlimited devices Long-term high-data use

Monthly subscription: Data resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted based on the remaining days. Unused monthly data is not transferred to a data pack.

Data pack: Billed by usage rather than time; it remains available until used and never expires. Usage from all devices is counted against the same data balance.

Payment

Order confirmation and payment methods

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. Open the user panel to choose a plan, confirm the price, data allowance, and billing rules, then complete payment from the order page.

Check plan details

First confirm whether you selected a monthly subscription or data pack. For monthly subscriptions, check the monthly allowance and activation-date reset rule; for data packs, check the total allowance and never-expiring rule. Do not judge by price alone—the two options use different time frameworks.

Choose an available payment method

The order page supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Check the order amount and plan name again before submitting. Payment results and plan status are determined by the order record in the user panel.

Confirm activation and get your configuration

Once the plan status updates, get the client and subscription configuration from the user panel. Treat the configuration as account information and store it securely. If the order status does not match the payment result, keep the order details and explain the situation through a support ticket.

Full refund if your first payment does not meet your needs

14-day refund policy

If you are not satisfied after your first payment, you can request a full refund within 14 days. Find the relevant order in the user panel and submit a ticket explaining the refund request and issue so the order status can be verified.

The refund policy reduces uncertainty when choosing a plan for the first time. Check the price, allowance, and validity rules for monthly subscriptions and data packs before payment; if the data tier is not suitable, describe your usage needs first and then decide whether to adjust the plan.

FAQ

Billing and refund FAQs

The answers below follow the current public plan rules. For order status, payment results, and actual remaining data, refer to the corresponding records in the user panel.

When does monthly subscription data reset?

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. The reset follows the plan’s activation date, not the first day of the calendar month. Choose the 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB tier according to your ongoing usage needs.

Does a data pack reset every month?

No. Data packs remain available until used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular usage or long-term data retention. Available tiers are 300GB, 1000GB, and 3000GB.

Can I upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle?

Yes. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted based on the remaining days. Check the new plan, remaining time, and final result in the user panel before confirming the change.

How does the refund policy work?

If you are not satisfied after your first payment, you can request a full refund within 14 days. Submit the relevant order details through the user panel’s support ticket area and describe the issue so the order and refund request can be verified.

Do I need an email address to register?

No email address is required. Set a username and password to create an account. Because your login details provide access to the user panel, orders, and client downloads, keep them safe.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. Available methods are listed on the order confirmation page; check the plan name, data allowance, and order amount before submitting payment.

If you have not decided on a data tier, you can open the user panel first to review the account and client setup process.
